Hi everyone, I’m an architect from Poland. After spending over a decade designing urban spaces in Warsaw, I felt it was time for a personal change — something slower, warmer, more inspiring.

Thailand had always fascinated me, so I started looking into real estate there. https://global.properties/ made the search surprisingly easy. I ended up buying a small modern house near Chiang Mai, surrounded by nature but close enough to the city.

Living here has shifted the way I think about space and design. I still work on projects remotely, but now I draw inspiration from bamboo forests instead of traffic lights.
